How long does my order take to ship?

For purchases from our online store, orders usually ship out within a week of placement and are delivered within 3-5 business days after that.

For customized loaves and bulk orders of sets, we make those to order so it may take up to 1 month for you to receive your soap loaves.This is an estimated wait time - we do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We will provide a PO Box or physical address to return any exchanges.
